About the piece

Nerida is a piece dedicated to my mother..

and to the quiet battles each of us carries within. It moves between melancholy and hope, reflecting the weight of everyday struggles that slowly pull us deeper, like an endless sea. At times, we sink.. surrounded by thoughts, pressure, and silence. Yet somehow, we always find the strength to rise again, reaching the surface for air, for light, for a moment of peace.. until the next wave comes. Through this piece, I search for that balance.. between sinking and rising, between darkness and calm, between what breaks us and what keeps us going.
